Tanzeem-ul-Madaris Ahl-e-Sunnat Pakistan is pleased to announce the schedule for supplementary examinations. Students who wish to appear in these examinations are hereby informed of the following schedule and important instructions:

تنظیم المدارس اہل سنت پاکستان ضمنی امتحانات کے شیڈول کا اعلان کرتی ہے۔ وہ طلباء جو ان امتحانات میں شرکت کے خواہشمند ہیں، انہیں درج ذیل شیڈول اور اہم ہدایات سے آگاہ کیا جاتا ہے:

Important Instructions:

  1. Supplementary examinations will be conducted for eligible students in accordance with the organization’s rules and regulations.
  2. Admission forms must be filled out completely and submitted to the relevant office within the stipulated time. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
  3. Incomplete admission forms and those with errors will be rejected. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure the form is filled correctly.
  4. Attach all required documents with the admission form. Incomplete documentation will result in the rejection of the form.
  5. Students who have failed in one or more subjects in the regular examination are eligible to appear in the supplementary examination for those specific subjects.
  6. Students who could not appear in the regular examination due to a valid reason and have prior permission from the organization can also apply for the supplementary examination. They must attach proof of their prior permission.
  7. Despite the above schedule, the organization reserves the right to make changes to the examination schedule if necessary. Any such changes will be communicated to the students through official channels. Students are advised to stay informed.
  8. The last date for submission of admission forms with triple the normal fee is 30 days before the commencement of the examinations. No admission form will be accepted after this deadline under any circumstances.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure that the admission form reaches the relevant office before the last date. Forms sent via post should be dispatched well in advance to avoid late submission.
  • In case of any discrepancy in the fee amount, the fee submitted at the organization’s office will be considered valid.
  • A photocopy of the paid fee receipt must be kept safe.
  • Students appearing in the supplementary examinations are not entitled to any travel allowance or daily allowance.
