Karachi, Sindh – The Sindh Electronic Centralized College Admission Program (SECCAP) has officially commenced the online admission process for Class XI, Batch 2025-26, for all colleges across Sindh. Prospective students can submit their applications starting June 15, 2025.

Sindh Electronic Centralized College Admission Program 2025-26 – Apply Now
Admission Criteria:
Admissions will be primarily based on the Class 9th Board Examination results.
- Choice of College: Students who achieved an A+ or A Grade in their Class 9th examinations will have the flexibility to choose admission to any college.
- Zonal Admissions: Students with B, C, D, or E Grades are required to apply to colleges within their designated academic zone.
Cut-off Marks (2024-2025 Data):
For reference, the cut-off marks list for the academic year 2024-2025 for various groups (Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical, Computer Science, Commerce, and Humanities) for both male and female applicants will be provided here [or, if available, specify where they can be found, e.g., “available on the SECCAP website” or “see detailed list below”].
Only A+ and A grade students should be granted admission to government colleges in Karachi, based strictly on merit. Merit is defined by a minimum percentage (cut-off marks) set by each college for each faculty (e.g., Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical, General Science, Commerce, Humanities).
For example, if Adamjee Government College has a cut-off of 500 marks for Pre-Medical, a student with 480 marks would not be eligible to apply, while a student with 500 or more marks could.
