The merit lists and waiting lists for admissions will be available at https://www.ue.edu.pk/admissions/2025 on the scheduled dates listed in the UE Admission Calendar. UE Entry Test and Admission Guidelines
- Merit Calculation: For applicants who have successfully appeared in the UE Entry Test multiple times, only the highest score achieved will be considered for merit calculation.
- Consolidated Merit Lists: Consolidated merit lists for MS/MPhil/MBA and PhD programs will be published upon the completion of all three layers of the UE Entry Tests.
- Test Center Selection: Applicants are required to select their preferred test center for MS/MPhil and PhD program admissions.
- CGPA/Percentage Equivalency: If your transcript does not explicitly state your CGPA or percentage, candidates must provide an equivalent weightage from their parent university.
- Entry Test Requirements: The University will administer its own GRE/HAT General equivalent test, with a required passing score of 60%. Alternatively, tests equivalent to GRE/HAT General, conducted by HEC-accredited testing bodies, will be accepted with a 60% passing score.
- PhD Interview Schedule: Successful PhD program applicants are required to appear for an interview at their applied UE Division/Campus on June 27, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (Reporting time: 09:00 a.m.).
- Merit List Publication: The first merit list will be displayed on the University Website on June 30, 2025.
University of Education Result 2025
The entry test for MS/MPhil/MBA, and PhD programs will be conducted on June 16, 2025. Results will be published on the UE website on the same day.
The entry test is valid only for Spring 2025 admission.
Accepted tests: GRE/HAT, and the UE Entry Test. Not accepted: GAT (General and Subject) test by NTS.
Applicants whose names appear on the merit lists must contact the Admission Incharge of the relevant Division/Campus. They should bring the following:
- Original educational documents
- CNIC/Form-B
- Father/Guardian CNIC
- Two sets of photocopies of all these documents
Upon successful document verification, the Admission Office will issue a fee challan for the payment of Semester fees.
Applicants must deposit the fee within the specified deadline at any Branch of the Bank of Punjab (BOP). They should retain the computer-generated deposit receipt for their records.
Failure to pay the Semester fees within the deadline will result in the cancellation of the admission offer.
Note: The University reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student at any time. This may occur if the student:
- Obtained admission by providing false information or concealing material facts.
- Violated any admission regulations.”
