As District Focal Person (PEC, PEF, PEIMA, SBA/LSA), I announce the Final Term SBA-2025 for Grades 1 to 8 across all schools in Districts as per PEC guidelines.
Note: The End of Year School Based Assessment (SBA) will be live on 03 March 2025 at 4:00 PM INSHALLAH. So stay with us for the latest updates.

PEC SBA Schedule:
The Schedule for the End of Year Assessment 2025 timing is being revised as under: –
- 10th – 21st March 2025 (Assessment)
- 11th – 24th March 2025 (Marking)
- 3rd April 2025 (Report Card Distribution)

Schools must follow SOPs and submit the IBS paper generation certificate by 8th March 2025. Let’s ensure a smooth and transparent assessment process!
The Opening and closing timing with regards to End of Year SBA-2025 for the Girls Schools shall be (15) fifteen minutes earlier than the above-mentioned timings.
Whereas, all other activities and SOP’s regarding End of Year SBA-2025 will remain constant as envisaged in the aforementioned letter No. PEC 96 dated 29-02-2025.
